I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, it offers rooms at a reasonable price that come equipped with amenities like a microwave and plates, but unfortunately, they lack windows which was a bit disappointing. The service was generally friendly and helpful, although there were communication issues with some staff. The location is incredibly convenient as it's very close to the Asok BTS Station and Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, but the seating areas are limited and not very comfortable. The dining options were just about enough but didn't exceed expectations. Overall, a fair stay with a few ups and downs.

The hotel had awesome rooms with everything I needed, including a large cozy bed, comfortable living space, fast Wi-Fi, and TV with American stations. However, the location was a bit off, as my room faced the back end of the parking lot with exhaust AC units. The lack of windows was compensated by well-covered wooden louvres 'windows' with dim exterior lights serving as night lights.
